Oradell Public Library, New Jersey
Library Card Policy
All Oradell residents aged five and up are entitled to a free library card. Adults must present a valid photo ID and proof of residency. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign up for a library card. Patrons are responsible for all items checked out with their card. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18, you are also responsible for materials borrowed on your child’s card.
You must present your card, a digital representation of your card, or your ID to borrow library materials. Your card is valid for three years. We will alert you when your account is nearing expiration. To renew your card, please bring proof of address to the Oradell Public Library or any other library in the BCCLS system. Renewing your card is free.
To keep our records up-to-date, please notify us if you change your name, address, phone number, or email address. Contact us immediately if your card is lost or stolen. Lost cards may be replaced for $3.00.
