How It Works
eBooks, audiobooks, and comics can be borrowed for 21 days.
Music albums can be borrowed for 7 days.
Movies & TV episodes can be borrowed for 3 days.
No wait lists – borrow instantly. You can borrow up to 5 items per month, plus Bonus Borrow items, which don’t count towards your borrow limit. Items are returned automatically and can be downloaded to the mobile app for offline use.

Getting Started
Visit hoopladigital.com or download the app. Search “hoopla Digital” in your app store or use one of the links below:

- Download hoopla for Amazon devices
Create an account.
- Search for and select “Oradell Public Library (NJ)”
- Enter your Oradell Library card number
- Enter your email address and create a password.
Start borrowing!
- Browse by format or genre, or search for a title
- Click or tap the cover of an item and then “Borrow” to check out
- Click or tap “Download” to temporarily save the item to your device for offline use
- To see what you have checked out, go to “My hoopla” and view your borrowed list.

Kanopy
What You Can Borrow
Movies, including foreign films and documentaries; TV series; Great Courses series; and Kanopy Kids, a collection of movies, TV shows, and readalongs for children.
How It Works
Titles are available to borrow for 24, 48, or 72 hours. No wait lists – borrow instantly. You can use up to 15 tickets a month. Each title costs between 2 and 5 tickets. Kanopy Kids titles don’t use tickets, so they’re always available. Titles are returned automatically.

Create an account.
- Click or tap “Get Started”
- Click or tap “Find Library” and search and select “Oradell Public Library”
- Enter your Oradell Library card number
- Enter your name, email address, and password
Start borrowing!
- Browse by topic, check out one of Kanopy’s curated lists, or search by title, performer, or topic
- Click or tap the cover of an film to read a synopsis, see its ticket cost, and borrowing window
- Click or tap the play button to start watching
- Go to the “My Lists” section to find your “Continue Watching” list of titles still available for you to stream. Use “My Watchlist” to save titles of interest for later.

You can borrow up to 5 eBooks and/or digital audiobooks simultaneously. Digital magazine borrows are unlimited. Titles are returned automatically. Titles can be borrowed for offline use.
What You’ll Need
A library card from any BCCLS library
A computer, smartphone, tablet, or Kindle Paperwhite.
Getting Started
Visit libbyapp.com or click here to download the app. You can also search “Libby by OverDrive” in your app store.
Create an account.
- Click or tap “Yes, I Have A Library Card”
- Click or tap “Search For A Library” and search and select “BCCLS – Oradell”
- Click or tap “Sign In With My Card”
- Enter your library card number
Start borrowing!
- Tap the library icon to browse by genre or topic, or search by title or author
- Click or tap the cover to see availability, read a synopsis, or download a sample to read or listen to
- If the title is available, you’ll be able to select “Borrow”. If the title is not available, you can select “Place Hold”. You will be shown an estimated wait time
- Find the titles you currently have borrowed or have on hold by tapping the stacked book icon to get to your “Shelf”
